New Issue IQ at FILS USA 2026
Three days in Boston with the buy-side fixed income community, and a clear read on where the new issue conversation is heading.
Event details at Fixed Income Leaders Summit
New Issue IQ returned to Boston as a sponsor of Fixed Income Leaders Summit USA 2026, held June 15 to 17 at the Westin Copley Place. FILS brings together more than 1,000 buy-side fixed income professionals, and this year's agenda centered on liquidity fragmentation, market structure resilience and the practical limits of AI and automation on the desk.
From Booth 49, the team spent both main conference days walking traders, PMs and technology teams through the platform: deal terms and price talk captured in real time from announcement, order and allocation tracking across the primary calendar, and dealer analytics that put numbers on fill rates and allocation quality by counterparty.
Three things stood out in the conversations. Structured new issue data is now a technology and operations request as much as a trading one. That demand spans the fixed income asset classes rather than sitting with one desk or one product. And the dealer relationship discussion has turned quantitative: desks want to measure the primary market wallet they direct and the allocations they get back.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by Booth 49 and to the WBR team for another well-run week in Boston. The conversations were among the highest quality the team has had at any event this year, and they reflect the rapid growth New Issue IQ is seeing across the buy side.
